Your home or business can quickly become affected by mold with the intrusion of a water source, like a roof leak burst pipe, or plumbing leak. Mold can spread throughout a property in as little as 24-48 hours, and can produce allergens and irritants that have the potential to cause other health effects.
Most of mold growth problems are typically found inside walls and ceilings as well in basements and crawlspaces, are not always visible, it is important to figure out the extent of the mold growth issue and its location. Mold spores are invisible to the naked eye and require a proper assessment and removal to avoid future mold re-growth, we recommend Air-quality testing in this situation, in order to determine the condition of the indoor air quality.
P.T.Y Restoration provides a chemical-free, odorless mold remediation treatment to rid your home or business of mold, fungus, mildew and odors. All mold remediation technicians follow IICRC Standards and EPA standards.
If you have a mold issue, or your home smells musty, you should immediately have an inspection done.
